This policy explains what [Company legal name] collects when you use Perceptlayer and why.

What we collect

  • Your email address, to run your account and send sign-in links and service emails.
  • Where you came from when you signed up (campaign tags, referring page and country), to understand our marketing.
  • A one-way hash of your IP address at signup, to limit abuse. We do not store the address itself.
  • For each API call: the endpoint, status, timing and credits used. We do not log the parameters you send or the data returned.
  • Payment records from our payment provider. We never see your card details.

Who processes it

We use service providers in these categories: cloud hosting and content delivery, third-party data infrastructure providers, transactional email, payment processing, and product analytics. Business customers with a data processing agreement can ask for our list of sub-processors.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by emailing support@perceptlayer.com. We keep account and payment records as long as the law requires.
