Restricted-endpoint terms

Some endpoints return social media content, data about identifiable people, or SEO and traffic data. They are marked as restricted and only work after you accept these terms in your dashboard. By accepting them you confirm that:

• you have a lawful basis, such as legitimate interest, for processing any personal data you receive, and you will meet your obligations as a controller of that data;
• you will not use the data to identify, track or contact individuals without their consent where it is required;
• you will keep personal data only as long as you need it and delete it on request where the law requires;
• you will respect the rights of content creators when you republish content.

We log acceptance of these terms with a timestamp and may withdraw access if they are broken.
